Our current theme is Utilizing a ‘Growth Mindset’ to Build STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics skills) - our focus is moving from Good to Great.

The MAS Programme, Hammersmith Preparatory School is powered by parent partnership and thus enjoys the ongoing interest, input and involvement of our parents. Our school continues to garner the interest of our community, officials, publications and television because it interweaves many international best practices with our government’s curriculum.
Hammersmith Preparatory School
Hammersmith Preparatory School Hammersmith Preparatory School is what a school needs to be: Inspired by the children Developed for the children Serving the needs of the children. The Hammersmith Preparatory School is a new school, which opened its doors in September 2012 to address the needs of our community. Every community has a basic need to educate its children – we aim to be the “go to” school for our community and neighboring communities.
Hammersmith Preparatory School Community The Falmouth Trelawny area is experiencing rapid population and commercial growth spurred by a new cruise ship pier, new tourist attractions and several new subdivisions. In addition to the existing families, these new communities will add many new families with children in the targeted age-range within the next few years. With limited quality education centers in the immediate area, the timing of this new school is perfect.
This location is ideal because the immediate community is under-served. About six minutes from Falmouth & Wakefield; fifteen minutes from Greenwood and Braco; and only five minutes from Martha Brae exit off the A1 highway.
The school property is ideal for private school purposes: Perched on three acres of land with lots of outdoor space for children to explore, learn and play A detached building designed for the children and dedicated to learning, set back a safe distance from the main road.
At Hammersmith Prep School, The Jamaican Curriculum is what we deliver. The MAS Programme is how we deliver.
